Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging when applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without required order information may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Gift cards

- Customized, personalized, or special-order items
- Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@bubblescaranddogwash.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

- Order number
- Name and email address used at checkout
- Item you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back. Items returned without approval may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
