This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an online order may be canceled.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. After shipment, the order may be eligible for return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, email support@bubblescaranddogwash.com as soon as possible and include:

– Order number
– Name and email address used at checkout
– Cancellation request

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status at the time we receive the request.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the order ships, we will refund the order to the original payment method.

Approved cancellation refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items That May Not Be Canceled

Customized, personalized, special-order, or final-sale items may not be canceled once processing or production has started.
